After the submersible mixer is put into operation, regular maintenance is very necessary:

1. Oil change: Submersible mixers generally need to change the lubricating oil every six months. The type of lubricating oil is 32# mechanical oil. When changing the oil, carefully unscrew the oil plug and put it in the internal oil. Please note that there may be excess oil in the oil gun. Internal pressure prevents oil injection;

2. Assembling and disassembling the mechanical seal of the submersible mixer: it must be assembled in a very clean environment, and the assembling medium is pure lubricating oil. First, all parts of the mechanical seal must be cleaned, and then the static ring device of the submersible mixer seal must be evenly and smoothly pressed into the positioning hole. Pay attention to protect the sealing surface of the static ring, do not damage the sealing surface, then use the guide sleeve to install the moving ring on the shaft, close the end cover of the oil chamber, and be careful not to touch the sealing surface of the shaft. Machinery Seal. The disassembly of the mechanical seal can be carried out in the reverse order of the above.

3. Bearing grease: replace once during overhaul. The amount of grease is 1/3-1/2 of the bearing cavity clearance. It is recommended to use high temperature calcium nano-based grease for lubricating grease;

4. Leakage protection treatment of the submersible mixer: If the leakage switch is protected, it means that the mechanical seal on the motor side is damaged. It must be inspected and repaired. Open the blockage in the oil chamber and drain the liquid.

The use of submersible mixer should pay attention to the above problems, so that it can play a better role, and the sewage treatment effect will be better. The suction chamber is located in front of the water inlet of the impeller and plays the role of guiding the liquid to the impeller; the pressurized water chamber mainly includes spiral pressurized water chamber, guide vane and space guide vane; the impeller is an important working element of the pump and a flow part heart. The impeller consists of a cover plate and an intermediate blade.

Before the submersible mixer works, fill the pump with liquid, and then start the centrifugal pump. The impeller rotates rapidly. The blades of the impeller drive the liquid to rotate. When the liquid rotates, it flows to the outer edge of the impeller by inertia, and the submersible mixer impeller sucks the liquid from the suction chamber. In this process, the liquid in the impeller circulates around the blades. In the backflow movement, the liquid acts on the blades. In turn, the blade acts on the liquid with a force equal to and opposite to the lift. This force acts on the liquid. Doing work causes the liquid to gain energy and flow out of the impeller. At this time, both the kinetic energy and pressure energy of the liquid increase.
