(1 Analysis and inspection of the gear box: thoroughly clean and maintain the gear box of the QJB Type submersible mixer, and carefully check all gears, gear shafts, and mechanical bearings. It is found that the surface of the gear teeth is smooth, without pitting and intermingling , the gear meshing side clearance is normal, and the tooth profile has no obvious wear; the radial and axial clearances of each bearing are normal, there are no pitting spots on the inner and outer rings and the surface of the rollers, and the overall quality is good; the axial clearance of each shaft is reasonable, and the output shaft of the hand plate , move freely, no jamming phenomenon, and no abnormal sound. Then, the fault of the gearbox can be ruled out.
(2) Inspection, analysis and treatment of faults: motor fault performance of QJB Type submersible mixer: before disassembling the motor, perform dry run to find out the problem. If the motor makes abnormal noise and vibrates a lot; the shaft sleeve of the motor shaft makes a hissing sound, and the temperature of the shaft extension of the motor reaches tens of degrees in less than 2 minutes of idling operation, which is hot. The inner ring of the bearing produces a pear skin-like pitting area due to pitting, the surface is rough, dull, and dull, and pitting holes can be clearly seen; the inner ring of the skeleton oil seal is damaged; the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft sleeve and the corresponding journal have " Dark spots formed by running circles.
(3) Inspection of the mechanical seal assembly: The mechanical seal part of the QJB Type submersible mixerr is prone to failure. The mechanical seal is often invalid due to wear and tear, and water enters the sealing chamber. We have to disassemble the mechanical seal assembly first, clean and inspect the parts including two sets of mechanical seals, skeleton oil seal, output shaft, bearing, shell and end cover, and check the relevant dimensions of the bearing seat and output shaft. No problem was found, indicating that the mechanical seal part is intact, and the possibility of failure is ruled out.
