1. Inspection: Check whether the insulation resistance, grounding protection and electrical contacts of the control cabinet are reliable before powering on, and check whether the three-phase voltage is normal after powering on.

2. Operating procedure: turn on the power: turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on.

(1) Manual mode: set the selector switch to "manual" (left rotation 45°) gear. Start: Press the start button, the green light of the mud scraper operation indicator is on. Stop: Press the stop button according to the process requirements, and the green light of the running indicator will go out.

(2) Automatic mode: set the selector switch to "automatic" (right rotation 45°) gear. According to the process requirements, the PLC workstation sends instructions to control the start and stop of the scraper.

3. Accident alarm: when the power supply lacks phase, short circuit, or any equipment of the scraper is overloaded, the scraper will shut down and there will be a light display.
