1. Introduction to QRJ type submersible pump for well

The QRJ submersible pump for wells is a product that introduces advanced hydraulic models and new structural designs from abroad. It has reached the international contemporary advanced level. The full range of well-used submersible pumps are uniform It is an energy-saving product.

2. Characteristics of QRJ type well submersible pump

1. Use advanced hydraulic model and structure design, adopt Ashland technology to make core, coat blade runner parts, flame straightening impeller shaft, CNC machine tool processing various parts and other new technologies, reasonable material selection and excellent product performance ,long lasting.

2. High efficiency, 2-8% higher than domestic QJ series pumps, flat efficiency curve, wide high-efficiency area, working range increased by 10-20%, product energy saving effect is remarkable.

3. For wells with large sand content, sand control structures and devices can be used.

4. The radial runout of the impeller shaft is controlled within 0.13mm of the American standard and is supported by copper bearings. The pump runs smoothly.

5. Special waterproof rubber sheathed cable.

3. QRJ type well submersible pump performance range

Q≤2200m3/h, H≤420m, pumping clean water or liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to water, neutral water quality, PH=6.5~8.5, chloride ion content ≤400mg/L, medium temperature ≤75℃.

4. QRJ type well submersible pump structure

1. Drain pipe: suitable size to ensure better flow rate. Material: Q235-A steel pipe.

2. Outlet shell: It has two types of thread and flange connection. Material: HT200.

3. Upper shell bearing: copper bearing.

4. Middle shell: smooth runner, reducing frictional resistance and improving efficiency. The material is: HT200.

5. Impeller: Designed in conjunction with the middle shell, high efficiency, wide operating range, and precise efficiency balance to ensure smooth operation. Material: HT200 or silicon brass.

6. Upper punch washer: to prevent the rotor from running up. The material is: ZCUZN16SI4.

7. Middle shell bearing: copper bearing or wear-resistant rubber bearing. Reliable work and long life.

5. Precautions for the use of QRJ submersible pumps for wells

1. Check whether the pump's air vent, water discharge hole, oil drain hole and the seal at the cable joint are loose. If there is any looseness, it must be tightened.

2. Check the insulation resistance with a 500 volt shaker. It should be no less than 0.5 megohm. If it is lower than this value, open the water and air vents, and dry or sun dry.

3. Check the cable, if it is broken or broken, it should be replaced to avoid leakage.

4. Before starting, check all circuits and switches to see if their wiring is correct and reliable, and then idle on the ground for 3 to 5 minutes (the time should not be too long to avoid damage to parts or burn out the motor windings), and check the direction of motor rotation Whether it is correct or not, if there is no problem with the above, it can be used in the water.

5. When the submersible electric pump is used in the water, the cable must not be stressed, and ropes should be used to tie it to the wooden frame at the wellhead. The maximum depth of the electric pump into the water is 3 meters, and the minimum depth is 0.5 meters (from the center of the impeller).

6. During operation, the changes in the water level in the well should be frequently observed. The motor must not be exposed to the water surface or sink into the silt, so as not to affect the heat dissipation of the motor and burn out the windings.

As the water level in the well changes, the electric pump should be raised and lowered at any time. If the water volume is reduced or interrupted, the cause should be immediately identified or shut down for inspection. The cable should not rub against the well wall to prevent the well water from penetrating into the motor along the cable core after the cable is worn out.

7. For new or renewed submersible pumps with integrated sealing box, after 50 hours of use, check whether the seal is good. Check once a month in the future. At the same time, check whether the shielding sleeve between the motor rotor and the stator is well sealed.

8. After one year of use, check the rust of the pump, and remove rust and paint. If the submersible pump is not used for a long time, it should be kept in a dry and ventilated house after careful inspection.
