2. Hoist the equipment to the advection pool, place the four walking wheels on the rails, level them according to the baseline, and check the installation dimensions.

3. Slide the cable and electrical installations, pass the hoisting cable into the wire rope with the hoisting ring, tighten the wire rope, and fix it on the columns at both ends. Connect the main cable, energize and debug the walking condition, install the travel switch and touch block, and install the anti-dropping baffle according to the parking space.

4. Test run. After installation, run the vehicle without interruption for at least 8 hours. Always check whether there is any track loss. Once found, stop and deal with it in time to prevent the equipment from falling into the pool.

5. Installation of the suction pump, install the suction pump on the working bridge.

6. Installation of suction pipe and discharge pipe. Pipes and suction nozzles are installed from top to bottom from the inlet of the suction pump. The distance from the suction nozzle to the bottom of the pool is 10-20mm. Several sludge suction pumps are combined into a sludge discharge pipe and discharged into the sludge ditch outside the advection tank.

7. Turn on the power of the suction pump.

8. Water inlet test pump. After the test run has no problems, pour water into the pool. The water level is required to be 30mm higher than the suction pump head. Turn on the pump while the water is in and observe the water discharge from the mud outlet.
