Application of the GSJ/QSJ Type Hyperboloid Mixer

      G/QSJ hyperboloid mixer is one of the advanced, high-efficiency and highly recommended mixers which is developed by our company. It is widely used in environmental protection, chemical industry, energy, light industry. When the liquid is mixed with solid-liquid and gas, it is especially suitable for mixing in the sewage treatment process. Such as coagulation tank, conditioning tank, anaerobic tank, nitrification and denitrification tank.

Features of the GSJ/QSJ Type Hyperboloid Mixer

      1. It can be used in various occasions where liquids, solids and gases are mixed. It can also replace existing mixing equipment and realize three-dimensional, spiral mixing which makes mixing more uniform and improve mixing efficiency.

      2. Larger specific surface area impeller, low power equipment, large circulating water flow, low energy consumption, 30%-50% energy saving than traditional stirring methods.

      3. Compact structure, reliable operation, convenient installation and maintenance.

      4. The impeller is made of reinforced fiber or steel material, which can adapt to different working conditions and has a long service life.

Structure introduction of the GSJ/QSJ Type Hyperboloid Mixer

      G/QSJ hyperboloid mixer is composed of driving device, hyperboloid impeller body and installation accessories. In order to meet the user's use under different working conditions, the installation is divided into two types: dry type (also called vertical shaft type) and submersible type.

      Dry installation : the drive device is fixed on the working bridge, and the kinetic energy is transmitted to the impeller part in the medium through the transmission shaft. It is used in the liquid with high solid content, high water temperature and abrasiveness. Because the impeller has the function of automatic deviation correction , the operation is relatively stable, and the noise of the reducer is less than 60 decibels.

      Submersible installation can eliminate the need for bridges. It adopts diving power and uses the self-weight of equipment for positioning. It is flexible and convenient to install. It is suitable for deep water with stable water quality and no abrasive water. The water temperature is not more than 40℃, and the pH value is between 6~9. It is characterized by no noise and no visual disturbance.
