4. Application of GSJ/QSJ Hyperboloid Mixer

GSJ/QSJ type hyperboloid mixer is a product developed by our company. It is widely used in environmental protection, chemical, energy, light industry and other industries where liquids need to be exchanged between solid, liquid and gas. It is especially suitable for nitrification in coagulation tanks, regulating tanks, anaerobic tanks, and aeration tanks in sewage treatment processes. Stirring and mixing with denitrification tanks and various abrasive and high-temperature media.

5. Maintenance of GSJ/QSJ Hyperboloid Mixer

1. The lubricating oil of the reducer needs to be replaced after the new machine starts to operate for 200 to 300 hours, and the internal oil stains should be cleaned. In the future, it can be replaced once within six months to one year. For details about the use of the geared motor, please refer to the manufacturer's maintenance manual.

2. Regularly check whether the mixing shaft lock nut and each connecting bolt are loose.

3. Regularly check the vibration of the mixing shaft, and remove the windings on the impeller and shaft in time.

4. Regularly check for abnormal sound and temperature rise of the transfer parts.

5. Regularly check for abnormal changes in current.

6. After the equipment is not working for a long time, check the insulation of the motor before turning it on again. At the same time, prevent the sediment from being deposited for a long time, which may cause difficulty in starting and damage the motor and impeller.

6.Structure Introduction Of the GSJ/QSJ Type Hyperboloid Mixer

G/QSJ hyperboloid mixer is composed of driving device, hyperboloid impeller body and installation accessories. In order to meet the user's use under different working conditions, the installation is divided into two types: dry type (also called vertical shaft type) and submersible type.

Dry installation : the drive device is fixed on the working bridge, and the kinetic energy is transmitted to the impeller part in the medium through the transmission shaft. It is used in the liquid with high solid content, high water temperature and abrasiveness. Because the impeller has the function of automatic deviation correction , the operation is relatively stable, and the noise of the reducer is less than 60 decibels.

Submersible installation can eliminate the need for bridges. It adopts diving power and uses the self-weight of equipment for positioning. It is flexible and convenient to install. It is suitable for deep water with stable water quality and no abrasive water. The water temperature is not more than 40℃, and the pH value is between 6~9. It is characterized by no noise and no visual disturbance.
