1.Application of MZF/MZY Type Cast Iron Inlaid Copper Gate

Mainly used in water supply and drainage, flood control, irrigation, water conservancy, hydropower projects, to cut off, dredge water flow or adjust the water level. This series of gates can be divided into three types: square MZF, round MZY, AZY and rectangular MZJ, It adopts a unique outer arc design, reasonable structure and uniform force. It is made of high-quality gray cast iron or ductile iron and stainless steel. The water-stop sealing surface is inlaid with copper strips or rubber. The sealing performance is good. When the sealing water-stopping performance declines, it can be solved by adjusting the wedge device.

1.Gate sealing surface fit clearance<=0.1mm; Thickness of sealing seat>10m.

2. Water seepage per meter length of sealing surface: forward direction≤0.7L/min·m, backward direction≤1.25L/min·m, nominal pressure≤0.1Mpa, Sealing test pressure 0.1Mpa.
