RJC series cold and hot water long shaft deep well pump. RJC series pumps are the products introduced by our company with foreign advanced hydraulic models and new structural designs, and adopt a number of advanced processes, and are manufactured in strict accordance with the standards of the American Hydraulic Association, reaching the contemporary advanced level. All series of long-axis deep well pumps are energy-saving products
2.Features of RJC series cold and hot water long shaft deep well pump
1. It adopts advanced hydraulic model and structure design, adopts advanced technology for core making, epoxy coating of blade runners and other new technologies. The material selection is reasonable, the product performance is excellent, and the service life is long.
2. The pump has high efficiency, 2-8% higher than domestic J, JD, JC pumps, the efficiency curve is flat, the high-efficiency area is wide, the working range is increased by 10-20%, and the energy saving effect is remarkable
3. Adopt sand blasting pump device, labyrinth structure prevents sand particles from entering the bearing
4. The impeller shaft and motor shaft are supported by copper bearings, and the radial runout of the shaft
Controlled within 0.13mm, the pump runs smoothly and has low noise
5. The pump seat is beautiful in shape and has a large window, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of packing.
6. Compared with domestic pumps of the same flow rate, the outer diameter of the working parts is about 1 inch smaller, which can significantly save the user's well completion cost and is suitable for the renovation of old well pumps.
7. Special structural design of oil-lubricated closed transmission system can be used; ductile iron, ASTM304, 316, 416 and other stainless steel materials can be selected to meet various special operating conditions and technical requirements of users.
