3.Construction and working process of TGN Traveling Rake Lifting Mud Scraper
As shown in Figure 1a and 2a, TGN series mud scrapers are composed of driving, mud scraping rake, slag skimming rake, driving device and control cabinet.
According to the sludge collecting tank and the slag collecting tank set at the same end of the sedimentation tank or at two ends separately, the working process of the sludge scraper is as follows:
a Two tanks are set at the same end: the mud scraper descends and the slag skimmer descends - the mud scraper travels from the starting point of the pool end (water outlet) to the mud and slag tank ends, scraping and transporting the sludge and scum to the end point (water inlet end) ), the mud scraper is lifted up, the slag skimmer is lifted up, and the mud scraper travels in reverse from the terminal to the starting end, and stops or performs another cycle after reaching the starting end.
b The two tanks are set at two ends: the scraper is lowered and the slag rake is lifted - the scraper runs from the water outlet to the end of the mud tank, scraping and transporting the sludge to the end point, the scraper is lifted up and the slag rake is lowered. The scraper travels in reverse direction to skim the scum to the scum tank, and stops or performs another cycle after reaching the starting end.
