4.Construction and working process of ZCGN center drive vertical mud scraper
As shown in Figure 1, the central transmission vertical frame scraper consists of a slag collecting bucket 1, a slag scraper 2, a bracket 3, a slag skimming plate 4, a guide tube 5, a driving device 6, a working bridge 7, a rotating vertical frame 8, Scraper arm 9, small scraper 10, mud scraper 11, etc.
The scraper arm fixed on the rotating vertical frame is driven by the driving device to rotate around the central axis of the pool, and the sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool is scraped and collected by the scraper to the mud collecting pit in the center of the pool. The slag skimmer and the peripheral scum baffles are concentrated in the tapered area formed by the slag skimmer that rotates with the diversion cylinder until its closed edge - the slag scraping swing arm. When the swing arm reaches the slag collection hopper, the slag scraper on the swing arm will scrape it to the slag collection hopper and discharge it out of the pool.
